What is the subconscious mind?

The Subconscious mind is 90% of our mind that is mostly below the level of our awareness. When you talk about the unconscious mind you are talking about everything that you have “stored” in memory or are currently experiencing, but are not aware of at this moment. All of your memories, experiences, and emotions that you are not experiencing now, make up your unconscious mind. 

The subconscious mind is the part of your mind responsible for all of your involuntary actions. Your blood circulation, your heart rate are controlled by your subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is responsible for reflective action and auto responses from nervous system. It contains the positive and negative associations and beliefs that we’ve established through our life experiences. 

The subconscious mind is our creative mind which holds our feelings, beliefs, imaginations, habits and pattern, automatic body functions long term and cellular memories. One of its primary functions is protection. 

The subconscious mind is like the hard drive of your computer. It is the storage centre of every experience since conception Your subconscious mind is also responsible of your memories, your 
beliefs and your emotions. All of your memories beliefs and emotions are stored in your subconscious mind. It gives protection by represses memories with unresolved negative emotions, behaviours and habits. 

When you want to change a limiting belief is the best way is to convince the conscious mind logically to accept it so that it can pass to the subconscious mind and reside there. The subconscious mind is much more powerful than the conscious mind. 

The law of life is the law of belief. A belief is a thought in your mind. Do not believe in things to harm or hurt. Believe in the power of your subconscious to heal, inspire, strengthen, and prosper you.
